Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin’s ex-wife, and his current partner Dakota Johnson get along well, as they prove once again.
Gwyneth Paltrow (49) apparently gets along very well with the partner of her ex-husband Chris Martin (44). At the “Gucci Love Parade”, a fashion show on the famous Walk of Fame, the actress and entrepreneur presented herself beaming with joy with Dakota Johnson (32), who has been with the singer of the band Coldplay since 2017.
While stars like Jared Leto (49) and Macaulay Culkin (41) modeled for Gucci, around 600 invited guests came to Los Angeles in addition to Paltrow and Johnson. Including many other personalities such as Miley Cyrus (28), Billie Eilish (19), Salma Hayek (55), James Corden (43), Olivia Wilde (37), Diane Keaton (75) and Joel Edgerton (47).
A “real treasure”
It’s not the first time Paltrow and Johnson have shown they seem to get along well. In October 2019 the actress wished her colleague on Instagram all the best for her 30th birthday and called her a “real treasure”. “I love her”, Paltrow also told the “Harper’s Bazaar” in January 2020when she talked about Johnson. “I can understand how strange that could seem because it’s kind of unconventional.”
The separation of Paltrow and Martin can certainly be seen as rather unconventional. The two were married for almost 13 years before they finally divorced in the summer of 2016. At the beginning of 2014 they announced their separation and talked about doing “Conscious Uncoupling” – that is, separating “consciously” and amicably.
Paltrow has been in a relationship with producer Brad Falchuk (50) since 2014 and has been married to him since 2018. Martin and Johnson were first seen together in late 2017.
