Achim Zeppenfeld’s house in Grünwald actually looks like any other. White walls, good indoor climate, pleasantly heated. In the basement, pipes extend from the ceiling, that is the first noticeable thing. And when you knock on the wall you realize: this is not concrete. In fact, Zeppenfeld lives with his wife and tomcat Odysseus in a so-called eco-house made of wood.
