The A13 motorway connects Paris to Caen, in Normandy, via the south of Rouen. It is particularly used by Parisians wishing to go to the Normandy coast.

“In the Paris-Province direction, heavier repair work is however necessary,” detailed the prefecture, specifying that “solutions are being studied” and that a “reopening timetable will be specified later”.
