Germany needs to bring the number of contaminations down even further if it is to have “a carefree summer,” said Sunday.
Minister of Health, Jens Spahn.
“The weather is improving, the number of people vaccinated is increasing, the infection rates are going down, the restrictions will fall one after the other,” Jens Spahn told the newspaper Bild am Sonntag.
“And that’s extremely important after the dark and long winter months,” he added. But if we are to have a carefree summer, we need to lower the incidence rate even further ”.
Aim for an incidence rate below 20, like last summer
