FC Bayern Munich: Robert Lewandowski brings video game to market

Bayern star Robert Lewandowski goes under the video game producers: His first game is called “Football Coach”.

FC Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski will be launching a video game in the coming year in which he has played a key role. The goalscorer shared a first trailer via Instagram.

This is a football manager who should appear under the name “Football Coach”. Lewandowski worked with the Polish developer RL9 Games, of which he is a co-founder.

Robert Lewandowski’s video game has a “striker mode”

“Soon I will introduce you to my world of football. You will discover my sporting experience and the secrets of coaching in our game. This game will be as exciting as a goal in the ninetieth minute,” Lewandowski is quoted on the game’s homepage.

In addition to the management element, the game should include a “striker mode”, which means that the players, similar to FIFA, can hook themselves into the action on the pitch and control an actor. The relationship with the fans and the manager’s private life should also play a role.

An exact release date is not yet known. What is clear, however, is that Lewandowski, who still has a contract in Munich until 2023, is already setting the course for a career after his career with his new project.
