Erding: couple with drugs and fake vaccination certificates – Bavaria

A couple in the Erding district is said to have sold drugs and fake vaccination certificates. Investigators found cocaine and marijuana, a blank gun and a switchblade in the private apartment and in the shop of the 59-year-old and the 62-year-old, the police said on Wednesday. In addition, the officials came across fake vaccination passports in the apartment that were supposed to prove a corona vaccination. The couple were arrested after the search at the end of October, and a judge issued an arrest warrant.

The 59-year-old is said to have bought at least 17 of the forged documents from a dealer in Augsburg in order to sell them later. During apartment searches in the Erding district in mid-November, the police seized these documents from several buyers. In one case, a 40-year-old woman with the falsified vaccination certificate received a digital vaccination certificate in a pharmacy. The Erding criminal police and the Landshut public prosecutor’s office are investigating.
