At the same time, the National Solidarity Women Federation (FNSF), which manages the 3919 call number, reported this week a 14% increase in calls in 2021, compared to 2019. The call line , open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week since mid-2021, receives between 10,000 and 12,000 calls monthly. Nearly one in five callers report having been threatened with death, a rate that has doubled since 2019.
