Die Critical Medicines Alliance, die am Mittwoch (24. April) in Brüssel ins Leben gerufen wurde, sei das Zeichen eines „Weckrufs“ hin zu einer stärkeren Pharmaindustrie in der EU, sagte der französische Minister für Industrie und Energie Roland Lescure gegenüber Euractiv.
Die Alliance for Critical Medicines wurde gegründet, um die Arzneimittelproduktion in Europa zu verlagern und Engpässen entgegenzuwirken. Ziel ist es, die Arzneimittelproduktion in Europa zu stärken und sich aus Fachleuten des Gesundheitswesens, Industrievertretern und Behörden zusammenzusetzen.
