Lenny Hochstein loves to make women sparkle.
The self-proclaimed “boob god” recently announced he is engaged to Katharina Mazepa after just one year of dating — and before finalizing his divorce from estranged wife Lisa Hochstein.
However, that didn’t stop the celebrity plastic surgeon, 57, from sparing no expense for his new bride-to-be, with the Austrian model showing off an enormous diamond ring on her left hand on Instagram Saturday.
“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever. 🏴☠️♾,” the 27-year-old model captioned shots of the proposal as well as her stunning sparkler.
Experts tell us Mazepa’s ring is worth around $1 million.
The 12-carat radiant diamond is set as a solitaire stone with no accent design elements so as to show off it’s nearly colorless and [an] extremely high-clarity stone, Ajay Anand, CEO of Rare Carat, tells Page Six Style.
“A high-quality diamond this large is very rare and therefore exceptionally expensive,” Mike Fried, CEO of The Diamond Pro says, agreeing with a million-dollar valuation and asserting it could be worth up to $1.5 million.
“Finding a high-quality diamond in this carat weight is exceptionally rare, and weeks of planning likely went into selecting Katharina’s exact diamond. The size and beauty of her diamond is truly breathtaking.”
While the plastic surgeon and his “Real Housewives of Miami”-star wife filed for divorce in May 2022 — and the fallout of their relationship was captured dramatically both on the Bravo show and on social media — she flaunted an “upgraded” second engagement ring from Lenny on “WWHL” in January 2022.
While Anand estimates Lisa’s cushion-cut upgrade could also clock in at the million-dollar mark, Fried estimates it’s worth closer to $750,000 — approximately half of what he may have spent on Katharina’s ring.

Meanwhile, Lisa, with whom Hochstein shares two children — Logan, 7, and Elle, 3, — wasted no time showing her distaste for the news of the impending nuptials; “Congrats to my current husband and his mistress on their engagement,” Lisa wrote via her Instagram Story.
In a statement to Page Six, a rep for Mazepa gushed over the proposal.
“We are delighted to announce the engagement of a truly extraordinary couple, Katharina and Lenny,” she told us.
“Their love story has blossomed into a beautiful union, filled with passion, understanding and unwavering commitment.”
While Lenny and Lisa’s bitter divorce has been ongoing for months — and both Lenny’s mother and former “RHONY” Bethenny Frankel have taken sides in the squabble — court documents obtained by Page Six reveal that the pair entered into a marriage settlement agreement last month.
It’s unclear whether Lisa will retain her jewels once their divorce is finalized.
