The Investigation department gets to the bottom of current stories and at the same time works on complex topics outside of day-to-day business. The team is not permanently assigned to any program, but works independently of the program within the NDR and cooperates with the NDR on a case-by-case basis WDR and the “Süddeutsche Zeitung“.
