  1. Preheat the oven to the highest setting.
  2. Knead wheat flour, salt, baking powder, olive oil and water into a smooth dough.
  3. Roll out on a well-floured work surface, either into a large rectangular pizza dough, alternatively cut into thirds and form three flat cakes into round pizza bases.
  4. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Peel the garlic and onion. Puree together with chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper and oregano using a hand blender to make a quick tomato sauce.
  6. Spread on the pizza dough.
  7. Spread the grated cheese on the tomato sauce. Then top the pizza with the ingredients of your choice. Sliced ​​mushrooms, corn, tuna, pepperoni or red onions are particularly suitable – there are no limits to your creativity.
  8. Bake the finished pizzas at 250 degrees top/bottom heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
