The 10th match day of the Bundesliga brought a few surprises in the early stages. The replacement of coach Pellegrino Matarazzo has obviously done VfB Stuttgart well. Under interim coach Michael Wimmer, Stuttgart swept VfL Bochum 4-1 out of the Mercedes-Benz Arena. At Bayer Leverkusen, however, the change of coach seems to fizzle out. Bayer lost 5-1 with coach Xabi Alonso at Eintracht Frankfurt. Sometimes it just turns out that problems don’t go away with the dismissed coach, but are of a fundamental nature. They also notice that at VfL Wolfsburg. Nico Kovac has not yet managed to form a winning team from this group. At least the Volkswagen team managed to make up for a deficit against Borussia Mönchengladbach twice. The result: 2:2. The mood at Schalke is bad, and the outcome of the game on Friday evening was accordingly. Schalke, who fought bravely, lost 3-0 against Hoffenheim.
