The hospital landscape in Munich is facing major changes. Inpatient care by the municipal company München Klinik (Mük) is to be reduced: The Schwabing Clinic will primarily only offer gynecological and pediatric medicine and outpatient emergency care. In Neuperlach, patients will only receive outpatient care in the long term. Only the two locations in Harlaching and Bogenhausen will remain large maximum care providers.
