Boeing 737 becomes a luxury hotel with a fantastic view

Watch the video: Bali – Boeing 737 becomes a luxury hotel with a fantastic view.

The plane was owned by the defunct airline Mandala Airlines, which went bankrupt in December 2014.
The slightly different villa has the special name: “Private Jet Villa by Hanging Gardens”.
The aircraft stands on a 150-meter-high cliff in Uluwatu, a region in southern Bali that is known for its pristine beaches and is particularly popular with surfers.
The villa not only offers a fantastic view, it has a lot more to offer.
Two bedrooms with walk-in closets, a swimming pool and a balcony on the wing, a luxury bathroom in the former cockpit and a living room with a bar, sofa bed and a glass portal make the aircraft a true luxury accommodation.
However, it also comes at a steep price: one night costs around 7,000 dollars and upwards.
The accommodation is not yet ready for occupancy – from April 2023 the first guests can make themselves comfortable in the airplane villa.
