New filings by Elon Musk as part of his Twitter acquisition show that he has received a number of venture capital deals from outside sources for the deal, including from Binance.

In April, the billionaire agreed to pay $54.20 per share for Twitter, a transaction that would make Twitter a private company later this year, pending approval from shareholders and regulators.
