A drunk man destroyed the exterior mirrors of at least 34 cars in Bayreuth. A resident heard banging noises on Sunday night and saw the conspicuous man when he looked out the window, the police said.
Officials found a 24-year-old, heavily drunk man in the Birken district who admitted the crime. He didn’t say why he damaged the mirrors.
The police estimated the damage caused at around 17,000 euros. The 24-year-old is now facing charges of damage to property and will have to answer for the damage caused.
