Do spices have healing powers? And which herbs are suitable for a vegan diet? Ingrid Pummer runs a herb shop in Lenggries and is also one of only about 100 spice sommeliers in Germany. At the “Tölzer Veg” and the campaign weeks all about vegan nutrition, which will run until May 22nd, Pummer will also give a few lectures on spices and their healing effects. She reveals a few spice secrets to the SZ in advance.
