A passenger refused to pay the price on the taximeter in front of a hotel in Aschheim on Monday night and then hit and racially insulted the 54-year-old taxi driver. The police, who were immediately alerted, could not locate the man despite a search. First, the taxi driver took the man to a hotel in Feldkirchen that had the same name as the Aschheimer. According to the police report, both noticed the misunderstanding and the journey continued to Aschheim, where the argument broke out. The perpetrator then went to the hotel, but has not yet been identified.
