The municipality of Aschheim wants to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its town twinning in 2025 with a festival lasting several days. Guests from Mougins in southern France, Jedovnice and Kotvrdovice in the Czech Republic, as well as Leros in Greece and Liegau-Augustusbad in Saxony are to be invited.
A diverse program is expected to take place from Thursday, May 29th to Sunday, June 1st, 2025. The costs for the celebrations are currently estimated at around 100,000 euros, and the municipal council has assured the local partnership association of appropriate financial support.
