Antoine Dupont will lend his voice for announcements in stations during the World Cup

A bit of the Toulouse accent in the ears of travellers. There SNCF is also preparing for the Rugby World Cup which starts in France on September 8. The group thus confirmed the announcement made by the Dispatch from the South : Antoine Dupont, scrum half of Stade Toulousain and the XV of France will lend his voice to make announcements in stations and trains during the competition.

Simone Hérault, the emblematic voice of the SNCF passed her microphone to the captain of the XV of France last Friday at the operating center of the railway company in Paris-Montparnasse. And the French rugby champion has therefore lent himself to the game. We will be able to discover his new cap as soon as the competition is launched.

The group has, however, not specified for the moment whether the announcements made by Antoine Dupont will be broadcast in all stations or not… Still a little patience therefore.

Remember that the international player has been an ambassador since March 2022 for SNCF and railway workers. According to our colleagues from The Midi Dispatchthe latter would also like to broadcast a hologram of Antoine Dupont in stations.

Hoping that these trains to the sound of rugby will lead us to victory…
