For many you are still “The defiant”. Does a week go by when you’re not asked about your role in the series?
Today my life takes place abroad a lot. You don’t know me there. But in Germany or on Mallorca, people react particularly to my voice. It doesn’t matter where I am: when there are Germans around me and they hear me talking, someone usually turns around and says: “You’re the stubborn one!”
This role made you a star in 1983 at the age of just 19. How did your life change?
