Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian neo-Nazi killer, will remain in prison

Norwegian justice on Tuesday dismissed the neo-Nazi Anders Behring Breivik, who had asked for his parole just ten years after killing 77 people in the Nordic country. On July 22, 2011, he first detonated a bomb near the government headquarters in Oslo and then opened fire on a Labor Youth summer camp on the island of Utoya. The killer, now 42, accused his victims of making the bed of multiculturalism.

“There is a clear risk that Breivik will return to the behavior that led to the July 22 terrorist attacks,” ruled the Telemark District Court, rejecting the request for release. Sentenced in 2012 to 21 years in prison with the possibility of extension, Anders Behring Breivik will remain in prison this Tuesday evening.
