Airbus boss Faury: “It will take decades” – Economy

This week, the aviation industry meets for the first time in four years at the traditional Farnborough Airshow, the industry’s most important trade fair. Airlines and manufacturers are struggling to meet the renewed demand for air travel. Numerous large orders are expected to be announced in Farnborough. At the same time, however, aviation is under great pressure to achieve the technologically enormously demanding transformation towards sustainable flying.
