Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 6 sweet potatoes

  • some oil

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Cleaning the air fryer: water, sponge and washing-up liquid

Even if only a spoonful of oil ends up in the frying basket or pan, the air fryer must be freed of fat and food residues at the latest after the feast. All you need is hot water, a drop of washing-up liquid and the soft side of a dish-washing sponge. A brush can help with stubborn food residues. Important: Let the containers cool down for about 30 minutes before cleaning.
