Christian Reinicke, 58, admits right at the beginning of the conversation that he underestimated the amount of time required as ADAC President. A lawyer by profession, the partner in a law firm in Hanover was elected two years ago to head Europe’s largest automobile club. So in the middle of the pandemic, which he can also gain something positive from: It has promoted digital communication, he says, and he conducts many conversations from Hanover via video conference.
