9:30 a.m.: The challenges of the day

After a well-deserved rest day, the Tour riders are back on the road this Tuesday. The 148 km from Morzine to Megève will not be too much to get back on track, before what awaits the peloton on Wednesday and Thursday. But before that, you will still have to climb some beautiful climbs (four climbs listed), including the final ramp towards the Megève altiport, not very complicated but terribly long (19 terminals). We will bet for today on a fairly substantial breakaway of riders who have nothing to play for in the general standings. Unless Pogacar’s competitors decide to shake up the race where they are not expected. Unlikely, let’s face it, but it would be so beautiful…
