FC Bayern with a big win against Bochum

FC Bayern is looking forward to a happy cheers. In the 7-0 win against VfL Bochum, the Munich team put themselves and their fans in the best Oktoberfest mood. Kane improves a record.
Led by triple goalscorer Harry Kane, the FC Bayern got into the best beer tent mood before their Oktoberfest visit. The day before the cheers at the Oktoberfest, the German football series champion gave the harmless and helpless VfL Bochum a 7:0 (4:0) – it could have been even worse for the guests.
The Munich team took over the top of the table from Bayer Leverkusen, which will then host 1. FC Heidenheim, at least until Sunday. After the high-scoring victory, Bayern have a good chance of retaining the lead in the table with the better goal difference over Leverkusen, who are currently tied on points.
Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting (4th minute), Kane (13th), Matthijs de Ligt (29th) and Leroy Sané (38th) did not adequately express Munich’s superiority at the break. Two more times Kane (54th/hand penalty/88th) and the once again successful super joker Mathys Tel (81st) ensured that on Sunday, unlike a year ago after a 0-1 defeat in Augsburg, this time it was a roaring one Victory goes to Käfer’s Wiesn-Schänke.
75,000 fans thrilled
The people of Bochum, on the other hand, travel home with a bad hangover. They repeatedly invited Bayern to score goals. The Bayern fans among the 75,000 spectators in the sold-out Allianz Arena celebrated at halftime to the Oktoberfest hits “Sweet Caroline” and “Cordula Grün”.
In addition to the clear victory, coach Thomas Tuchel was pleased that his changes were successful. No Thomas Müller, no Jamal Musiala, no Tel – the coach, who was suspended after the 4-3 defeat in the Champions League, surprised in his starting line-up with Choupo-Moting in the attacking midfield. Tuchel made a total of four changes, and goalscorer de Ligt was also new to the team. For him, like Choupo-Moting, it was the first goal of the season.
Kane breaks club record
Kane already has seven goals to his name after five games. The 100 million man improved a club record. After their first five games, Gerd Müller, Miroslav Klose and Mario Mandzukic held the record with five goals. Top joker Tel, who was directly involved in at least one goal in each of his last three games in the league, also has to be patient.
For Bochum’s coach Thomas Letsch, the official anniversary after one year and one day was a failure. It was a day to forget and of course no consolation that his team, which had been unbeaten three times, hadn’t lost even worse – which would have been quite possible. With a double substitution after 36 minutes, he tried to stabilize his team, which was too openly positioned, and set an example early on. In vain, as the further changes had no useful effect. The pitiful goalkeeper Manuel Riemann repeatedly argued with the people in front of him.
