You only have a few hours left to submit your compensation request

No more time to waste! After being extended by one week, the Navigo Pass compensation platform will close permanently this Wednesday. Users who suffered delays last year have until midnight today to request a partial refund of their subscription, indicates TF1info.

Navigo subscribers “can be reimbursed for up to a month and a half of monthly package thanks to the compensation campaign for punctuality in transport in 2023”, we can read on the dedicated page of the Ile-de-France Mobilités website. The amount reimbursed is calculated according to “the routes on which you traveled”, “the number of months of package purchased during the periods impacted by the drop in punctuality” and “your package”, it is detailed.

Who is eligible?

This compensation launched in mid-March concerns all lines and all axes whose punctuality was less than 80% for at least three months in 2023. This year, Île-de-France Mobilités is also compensating subscribers living or working on an axis whose annual punctuality was less than 85%.

But those who only take the metro cannot apply for it, emphasizes TF1Info. In fact, only users of RER lines A, B, C, D, and line P are eligible. The list of branches concerned as well as all the information relating to reimbursement can be found on the IDFM website.
