Working hours: Whoever motivates people also gets staff – economy

Working hours are currently being intensively discussed in Germany. Given staff shortages and international competition, can Germany afford four-day weeks? Some entrepreneurs insinuate that many Germans have become lazy. But first, that’s not true, as new data shows. And secondly, it is, let’s say: lazy in thought. If you want employees, you should not insult people, but motivate them – and remove obstacles that prevent them from working. This applies to entrepreneurs as well as to politics.
