“Alliance of leaders in music and arts”, Alma for short, is the name of a new network of women who want to break up male power structures in the cultural sector and establish a modern work culture. Munich data expert Kathrin Zeitler is one of the co-founders.

A meeting in the tile, sometime this past spring. Actually, one could long since come together again analogously, but the women and one man are sitting in front of their computers – in Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia, in Berlin, Austria and Switzerland. Kathrin Zeitler and Judith Schlosser are connected from Munich. Zeitler is a digital strategist, has worked at the Bavarian State Opera, among other things, and is about to give a lecture for the group, Schlosser is an orchestra manager and works in the artistic planning of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra (BRSO). What connects the two women: They are founding members of Alma, the organization that invited to this digital Linkedin event.
