What is Pokemon Sleep? It is “the sleep measurement application that brightens the alarm clock, for mobile devices running Android”, explains The Pokémon Company. More concretely. To take the study further, the application offers you to study the sleeping habits of “pocket monsters” (dodo styles), to improve their “sleep score”, depending on the duration of sleep and even feed Pokémon Poké cookies or berries.
Place your phone… close to your head
A very rich and fun program, therefore. But not without some questions for the participants. And we, who tested the sleep measurement software overnight. Pokémon Sleep offers music to help you fall asleep before the sound of a gentle alarm clock sounds, depending on the time you set your alarm. When you wake up, the application will give you a complete report of your sleep: time to fall asleep, duration of your sleep, quality of sleep. Thus it will be able to determine your type of sleep, that is to say your phase of sleep. There are three, with funny names: the ptidodo, the bondodo and the grododo. You will also discover which polemons have come to sleep near your Snorlax.
“I was able to have a Squirtle when I woke up,” rejoices Kali (@asmr_kali), who enjoyed the experience. “They explained to me that I had made a grododo, so I slept rather well. It adds a fun dimension to sleep,” she adds. For her part, Lenna made a bondodo and caught “a Meowth, a Charmander and two Rattata. On our side, it was a ptidodo with five Pokémon attracted to our nets: a Chrysacier, two Chitiflor, a Psyduck and a Bulbizarre.

Can we play Pokémon Go and Pokémon Sleep?
