Oliver Bellenhaus once made sure that Wirecard’s profits were right – no matter how business was going. Now he is the key witness in the huge fraud process and is heavily burdening his ex-bosses.

Oliver Bellenhaus’ lecture is about as gray as his suit. The man who always so carefully hides his face behind an FFP2 mask when there are photographers in the room seems shy. He speaks quickly and quietly, in a husky voice. Despite sitting directly in front of the microphone, he is often difficult to understand over the speakers in the courtroom. But how Bellenhaus speaks is secondary here. The court does not issue grades, at most imprisonment.
