The damage suffered by creditors and shareholders as a result of the Wirecard bankruptcy runs into the billions. And it will almost certainly never be completely balanced. Insolvency administrator Michael Jaffé has been working on this for more than three years to ensure that at least a little is still coming in. Now he wants to take another step forward: He is demanding millions of euros in dividends back from the former major shareholders – including from Markus Braun, the former boss of the company.
