It is probably Julian Assange’s last attempt to defend himself legally against his threatened extradition to the USA – at least on British soil, where he has been in custody since 2019. On Tuesday, the Australian submitted a new appeal to the London High Court. Years of legal wrangling is thus entering one of the final rounds.
