In an interview broadcast on March 22 on YouTube, rapper Gims made some pretty amazing remarks. While speaking about Africa, the artist explained: “The pyramids that you see there, at the top, there is gold. Gold is the best conductor for electricity. They were goddamn antennae. People had electricity! “. Inevitably, such an assertion quickly went viral. On Youtube, the video has more than 500,000 views and on Twitter it has already exceeded one million views.
In reality, the thesis of which Gims speaks was already mentioned in many videos and on many websites. This theory would have it that the pyramids actually served as a powerhouse capable of storing electricity and distributing it to the Egyptian population. Some go even further and post images online where you can see a hieroglyph that would designate an Egyptian using a light bulb. Except that all this is (obviously) completely false!
