Fifty-three is the number of billionaires in France. This year, eleven newcomers are entering the ranking of the biggest fortunes on the planet, published this Friday by the magazine Forbes. A ranking dominated by far and wide by Bernard Arnault, elected for the second year in a row “the richest man in the world” with his 215 billion euros ($233 billion), sorry.
