From Friday to Monday it gets wet and cold with #snow down to the deeper levels, in the high altitudes of the #Alps more than 1 meter of #new snow, but also at lower altitudes temporarily a #snow cover possible.
So beautiful white winter landscapes are possible, but below 400 meters in many places on Sundays temperatures between 2 and 6 degrees and cold, wet, dirty weather await us, i.e. sleet and rain showers and fog.
In the high altitudes of 400 meters or more it can turn white, in the low mountain ranges up to 30 centimeters of snow fall.
This is also confirmed by the German Weather Service on Twitter: According to an animation, a blanket of snow should form in time for the 1st #Advent in the higher elevations in the middle and in the south and north-east of Germany.
