Weather trend for Germany: This is how it will continue from Wednesday

From Wednesday (July 5th, 2023) a strong low pressure area will cause a lot of turbulence. However, it is still unclear which path this low will take. In any case, the south and south-east will be predestined for local storms due to heavy rain and storms.

Otherwise, prolonged heavy rain could also play a role northwards over the center of the country. Details will probably only be available tomorrow. In any case, temperatures will rise again in the east and south to around 25 degrees. In the north it is still a good deal cooler.

A low makes its way to us in the middle of the week and spreads across the middle of the country. Thunderstorms with heavy rain and lots of wind will form locally! The temperatures are still in the summer range. Our meteorologist Alban Burster shows when the weather will calm down again in the 3-day weather forecast “Deutschland AKTUELL”.

On Thursday (July 6th, 2023) there will still be a few showers in the north. South of a line Stuttgart – Nuremberg the showers have a little more pepper. There are thunderstorms with heavy rain. The temperatures remain unchanged again before midsummer starts on Friday.

Then we crack the 30 degree mark in the southwest with lots of sun. Around 35 degrees are likely in the east and southwest over the weekend. However, the risk of thunderstorms from the west could increase. However, this is still uncertain. In any case, it’s going to be oppressively humid just to the west. Tropical nights are the result!
