The news came as a surprise to many. On Thursday morning it became known that Germany is considering sending Ukraine anti-aircraft missiles of the type Strela to send, a war machine of Soviet design from the stocks of the former National People’s Army of the GDR. But the Bundeswehr camps have long been searched for war equipment that can be handed over quickly without weakening the troops themselves. The first deliveries of weapons, 1000 anti-tank weapons and 500 anti-aircraft missiles of the type stingersbut also equipment from Germany, have already arrived in the Ukraine.
