After stops in Munich and Hamburg, the Norwegian Crown Prince traveled on to Berlin. What else is on the agenda for him now.

The Norwegian one Crown Prince Haakon arrived in Berlin by train as the last stop on his visit to Germany. Early on Wednesday evening, the son of the Norwegian King Harald V arrived in the capital from Hamburg.

During his visit to Berlin, his wife and Crown Princess Mette-Marit joins him and accompanies Haakon on his appointments. He had previously visited Hamburg and Munich.

On Thursday both will be at the Berlin Wall Memorial for a commemoration of November 9th, the day the Wall fell in 1989. On the 34th anniversary of the opening of the border between East and West Berlin, there are numerous commemorative events in Berlin and Brandenburg on this day.

At the end of the four-day visit to Germany, the royal couple will be guests of Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at Bellevue Palace and Federal Chancellor Scholz in the Chancellery.
