JUSTICE – The facts date back to 2015 and 2016, but they have only come to light since Friday October 20.
According to information from ParisianTV and radio host Vincent Cerutti, who notably presented for five seasons Dance with the stars on TF1, was indicted on September 6 for sexual assault in Paris.
The complainant is a young woman aged 34 at the time of the events 8 years ago, then recruited as a switchboard operator by Chérie FM, where Vincent Cerutti then hosted the morning show.
After a first complaint in December 2017, dismissed a year and a half later, the young woman filed a civil claim in May 2020, which triggered the opening of a judicial investigation.
The initial facts date back to one day in November 2015. In the offices of Chérie FM, while Vincent Cerutti puts his feet on his desk, the young woman gets annoyed, takes off one of the host’s shoes and throws it at across the room. Just after, “ in front of the assembly, Vincent Cerutti then grabs Aline (the complainant’s changed first name), pins her to the ground, hands behind her back, and bites her buttocks through her pants! »reports The Parisian. “ The young woman screams. Someone intervenes: “Stop, she’s in pain!” ». When she returned home, the young woman discovered a bruise at the bite site. “ She takes a photo of the brand with her phone. However, she returns to work the next day.note The Parisian.
Similar facts three months later
Similar events took place three months later. Vincent Cerutti takes advantage of a group photo on the stairs leading to the morning recording studio in the basement to bite the young woman again, when she crouches on the step in front of him. She then feels a big pinch in her right buttock, and screams. Here again, several witnesses witnessed the scene.
Before the investigating judge, Vincent Cerutti, currently presenter of the M Radio morning show, would have admitted the facts, in tears. But the host refuses to qualify them as sexual assault, according to The Parisian. It evokes “reciprocal bites, as part of school jokes, without any sexual connotation, with a colleague whom he considered a friend”.
In a press release published Friday evening, his two lawyers affirm that their client “obviously regrets having participated in these idiotic games but strongly reaffirms having never committed any sexual assault”. “This gesture never had the slightest sexual connotation”they support.
