Since yesterday, Saturday October 21, some of the demonstrators against the A69 have set up at a place called La Crémade (Tarn) located on the A69 construction site in order to create a Zone to Defend (ZAD). The police decided to intervene on Sunday October 22 around 1 p.m.

Since the day before, a significant number of demonstrators against the A69 motorway have settled on the land of this former farm which was pre-empted and located on the route of the A69 in order to create a ZAD there.

The environmental activist was taken from the ZAD to be installed a little further away on the demonstration camp. According to the first elements collected by the journalists from France 3 Occitanie present, the figure of the protest would have a broken handle. Around thirty demonstrators were injured.
The prefectural services also asked all journalists present to leave the place where the police intervened.
