STORY: Numerous civilians were killed in an attack on an aid convoy in southern Ukraine on Friday. The responsible regional government said it was a Russian rocket attack near the city of Zaporizhia. Accordingly, there are at least 23 dead and 28 injured. All persons were civilians, wrote the governor Olexandr Staruch in the messenger service Telegram. There was initially no comment from the Russian side. It is said repeatedly in Moscow that no civilian targets in Ukraine are being attacked.
