Controlled demolition of the A45 viaduct Rinsdorf near Siegen in North Rhine-Westphalia. At 11 a.m. the charges were ignited and the 500 meter long, dilapidated bridge collapsed. The sections fell 70 meters into the depth. Onlookers showed interest. “I was just happy that the thing, the bridge came down the way it was supposed to come down… I also know the demolition expert personally and I was just happy, I expected it to be like that.” “Incredible, above all, what touched me a bit was that bang.
