Houthi rebels attack oil facilities in Saudi Arabia
STORY: Sea of flames in Saudi Arabia. According to the Riyadh-led military coalition, Houthi rebels have carried out multiple attacks on oil facilities and other targets. Rockets hit, among other things, a plant belonging to the Saudi Arabian oil company Aramco in Jeddah and triggered a major fire near the Formula 1 race track in the city where the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is to take place on Sunday. A power plant is said to have been among the targets attacked. Since 2015, war has been raging in Yemen between Saudi Arabian-backed and other Arab-backed President Hadi’s forces and Iran-backed Houthi rebels. Earlier, Houthi rebels had fired rockets at oil facilities. But this attack is the most violent so far.
