“Vegan Food Love”: Five feel-good dishes that taste like love

If there is no love in it, something is missing. For Bianca Zapatka, it is the most important ingredient in food, it can refine any dish. After all, it’s not without reason: “Love goes through the stomach.” For the food blogger, food styling queen and bestselling author, the love of cooking always means a bit of love for other people and all other living beings. All of their dishes are therefore purely plant-based, but anything but boring. She has already proven that with her cookbook “Vegan Foodporn”.

“With creative ideas, a good instinct and a bit of finesse – or simply with a great recipe – almost all culinary highlights can easily be made vegan,” says Zapatka. In her latest work, she shows how this is done: “Vegan Food Love”. It contains 240 pages of favorite recipes for every day.

Recipes to fall in love with

For breakfast there is vegetable frittata on the plate, for in between a glass noodle salad or pizza soup. If it’s supposed to be something light, she serves lentil bulgur kote and if it’s supposed to be a bang, fettuccine with bean carbonara. Zapatka even takes dishes like fried potatoes and pasta casserole out of the boring corner and gives them a special twist. What fans of the food blogger should be happy about: the popular zebra cheesecake also made it between the book covers (recipe in the photo gallery).

“Every single recipe is created for you with a lot of love, to make vegan cuisine more palatable and to inspire you for vegan recipes,” writes Zapatka in the introduction to the book. They are dishes to fall in love with, which also make the world a little bit better and more sustainable.

The latest cookbook by food blogger and food stylist Bianca Zapatka is titled “Favorite Recipes for Every Day”. It was published by Becker Joest Volk Verlag, 240 pages, 30 euros.
