A ticket inspection escalated at Baldham train station on Monday afternoon. According to the federal police, a 19-year-old punched an inspector in the face. According to the police, the 36-year-old DB employee felt pain in his jaw from the blow and broke off his service to go to the doctor.
This was preceded by an argument between the controller and the young man’s 18-year-old girlfriend when checking the ticket. As reported by the police, the 36-year-old held the young woman’s arm to prevent her from running away. The attendant then punched him in the face. The federal police have started investigations into assault against the 19-year-old from Munich.
