At her first Grand Slam tournament after a three and a half year break, Caroline Wozniacki is in top form. The mother of two celebrates her greatest success at the US Open since returning.

Tennis star Caroline Wozniacki is making her grand slam comeback at the US Open continued successfully.

The 33-year-old Dane made it into the third round late Wednesday evening with a 7: 5, 7: 6 (7: 5) against Petra Kvitova and celebrated her biggest success since her return with the number eleven seeded Czech. Wozniacki had been on hiatus for more than three and a half years and had become a mother twice.

The 2018 Australian Open winner showed a strong performance against Kvitova and was also in top form in terms of running. Wozniacki made her comeback almost three weeks ago and won one of three games before the US Open. In the round of the top 32 at the Grand Slam tournament in New York, she now has to deal with the American Jennifer Brady.
