Following a federal court victory against the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ripple Labs may see XRP return to US cryptocurrency exchanges.
“This is a big deal,” Crypto Council for Innovation CEO Sheila Warren said at Ripple’s hearing. This essentially precludes the SEC’s argument that it has dominance over these underlying assets. And the regulatory clarity is already there.”
Other exchanges that delisted XRP in 2020 and 2021 included OKX.praiseverdict But it has yet to say whether they plan to list the tokens.
