Additional police officers allocated to the fight against organized crime

In addition to this CRS company, the Head of State, who wishes to intensify the fight against organized crime, announced “the arrival of 25 investigators to strengthen the criminal division and the banditry repression brigade for September”, as well as “four investigators assigned to the Cyber ​​Ofast group to track down dealers on social networks”, “ten technicians to strengthen the technical and scientific police of Marseille which will benefit in addition to 275,000 euros to buy additional equipment”. In detail, “200,000 euros for the PJ will be allocated, 118,000 euros for the reserve and 82,000 for additional equipment. »

An interministerial task force

The President of the Republic also wanted “the creation of an interministerial task force to fight against the bosses associating customs, tax authorities, PJ, Urssaf and personnel of the PP13”.

Reinforced port security

The President of the Republic also wishes to emphasize the port of Marseilles, “by setting up, under the authority of the prefect of police, tighter and integrated management of the security of the port of Marseilles” which will include ” police, gendarmerie and customs”.
